1. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer on the platform multiple secure payment options to ensure your convenience:
● Credit/Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
● Cash on Delivery (COD)
● Bank Transfer: Available ONLY for verified bulk or business purchases. Please contact our customer care before placing the order.
2. Currency
All prices and transactions on Qandii.ae are processed in the United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
3. Payment Security
Your privacy and security are our top priorities.
● We process credit card payments through a third party payment service provider “Stripe”. We abide by Stripe’s rules for security of payment transactions.
● We deliver tokenized information to Stripe for payment processing and we don't process payments on our servers. All card transactions are processed via SSL encryption and in partnership with secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
● We do not store your payment information on our servers.
● Fraud detection tools are in place to monitor suspicious activity and the platform depends on the Payment Gateway (Payment Service Providers) for secured payment mechanisms.
4. Payment Confirmation
Upon successful completion of a payment, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing the transaction and, if requested, a tax invoice.
You are required to promptly notify us of any payment discrepancies or unauthorized charges within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline an investigation for any payment disputes or errors reported more than 36 hours after the transaction email has been sent, as the delay may significantly hinder our ability to conduct a thorough investigation and provide a resolution.
5. Failed Transactions
Should a payment attempt fail, please take the following steps:
● Verify your details: In case your payment was through a credit card, ensure that the card information you entered is correct and that you have a stable internet connection.
● Use an alternative method: Attempt the transaction again using a different payment option.

6. Refunds & Cancellations
Eligible refunds will be processed based on the original payment method:
● Credit Card Payments: Refunds for purchases made with a credit card will be issued back to the same card used for the transaction.
● Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: Refunds for COD purchases will be credited to your account as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on the platform.

7. Cash on Delivery
The term "Cash on Delivery" (COD) is used synonymously with "Cash Collection."
Qandii reserves the right to require prepayment for purchases under the following circumstances:
● Prior Delivery Issues: If a buyer has a history of failing to accept or respond to delivery attempts, which results in undelivered orders.
● Order Threshold: For any order that exceeds a specified value threshold, as will be clearly indicated at the time of the purchase transaction.

Qandii reserves the right to update this Payment Policy at any time. Qandii will update the effective date of its payment policy and will inform you by email on such changes.
